Start with the passenger count, then check the luggage. Up to six passengers with standard suitcases travel best in the Mercedes-Benz V-Class: it fits hotel forecourts and city-centre access zones that larger vehicles cannot enter. From seven to sixteen passengers, the VIP Sprinter minibus keeps the whole group in one vehicle with thirteen luggage places, conference tables and WiFi. Above sixteen, or when everyone travels with large suitcases, the full-size luxury coach with around forty-five seats and generous luggage bays is the economical choice per seat.
Two practical rules from our dispatch team: count one large suitcase per passenger and size the vehicle for luggage, not just seats, and for city programs with narrow streets prefer two smaller vehicles over one large coach. When one class is not enough, we combine them under a single booking: a sedan for the principals, a Sprinter for the team, a coach for the main group, with one coordinator for all of them.
