We have several transportation categories, and each one has a group of vehicles of the same standard. When you book your limousine service with us, feel free to inquire what vehicles to expect from the category you choose.

In airport transfers, you can meet your driver at the arrival lobby; they will be waiting for you with a pick-up sign. In case of a train or port transfer, the driver will be waiting for you at the nearest meeting point. We will disclose that exact location on the order confirmation.

Now, if your limousine service starts at your accommodation, the driver will stay outside the building, ready for you. Keep in mind that our pick-up signs are customizable: you can have it show the name of the group leader or simply your company’s logo.

First and foremost, all our chauffeurs follow the regulations and recommendations of the regions where they work. In other words, they are up to date in terms of vaccination, and they use face masks when interacting with their passengers.

Parallel to that, we have made some changes to the riding experience with that goal in mind. For example, our chauffeurs now disinfect the vehicle’s cabin after every ride. They also refrain from greeting their passengers with a handshake.

Nowadays, they also travel with hand sanitizer and additional face masks in the cabin. You can use them as much as you need. They have also removed newspapers, magazines, and other items that are normally used by multiple passengers.

If you happen to show any symptoms of COVID-19 and/or have tested positive, we ask you not to book services with Black Limousines until you receive a doctor’s permission to travel.

We take such events seriously. All our staff members are required to immediately inform us if they have tested positive for COVID-19. That applies both to chauffeurs and office workers. Once we are aware of the situation, we notify everyone with whom that person had contact in the past weeks.

Whenever a chauffeur suspects they may be sick, we advise them not to perform any rides. In case they have tested positive, we enforce that guideline for 14 days or until the staff member obtains permission from a doctor to resume his professional activities.

Black Limousines no longer require passengers to wear masks in the car unless local laws require so. Our recommendation is for you to check the latest health guidelines from the local authorities.

In case you wish to wear a mask during your journey, we will highly encourage that gesture. In fact, our driver will have additional masks in the car, so you can also request one whenever you want.

Yes, they will. All our drivers speak English; that is a non-negotiable requirement in our selection process.

No, there are not. Once we provide you with an estimate, that is the only amount you will have to pay us for your chauffeur service.

We do not make this item mandatory in our vehicles. Instead, we advise our chauffeurs to follow local regulations.

Black Limousines has made this decision because there has not been satisfactory scientific evidence to prove the safety benefits of using a partition screen. On the other hand, the item actually creates danger in case of an accident.

At Black Limousines, we know that such events may happen at any time. Parallel to that, we also believe they are predictable to a certain point. As a result, we encourage some teamwork with you.

We book our chauffeur services considering 45 minutes of tolerance at the arrival time. That means the driver will wait for you up to one hour and start the service without making any extra charges.

Keep in mind that our chauffeur will track your flight. They do that so they can drive inside the terminal only once the airplane has actually landed.

Yes, they can. Our chauffeurs will always park the car as close as possible to the airport gate, so your walking distance will be minimal. Besides, they will be waiting for you at the gate with a sign containing your name.

Our chauffeurs will also help you load your baggage into the trunk. The same applies to the moment of your arrival: the driver will be happy to help you retrieve your suitcases at the destination.
